Implementation Engineer

Reporting to the Head of Implementation, the Candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop Inflight Entertainment (IFE) systems four our international clients. This includes configuring the user interface passengers will use, and setting up the required entertainment content including movies, TV shows, games and publications.
  • Configure the and test the IFE system on our award winning Everhub server
  • Deliver the system to our airline clients around the world
  • Associated administration activities including assets management and tracking, co-ordinating hardware shipping & receiving
  • Drive the Quality Assurance testing of client deliverables as required
  • Assist with creation of training documents for both clients and internal staff on new software release updates
  • Assist with preparation of application support manuals and reports
  • Provision of support to clients
  • Other tasks/projects as assigned by Manager

Full hands on training will be provided for the role.

The Candidate

Our role focuses on both the people leading and the technical side. The ideal candidate will have the following.

  • Experience in use of IT systems (additional training will be provided as required)
  • Experience in Quality Assurance an advantage
  • Experience with web technologies and software development an advantage (Github, JSON, JavaScript)
  • Experience in Inventory Management & asset management
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office suite
  • Experience with Atlassian Suite an advantage (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Experience with hardware maintenance an advantage
  • Good understanding of supply chain procedures
  • Confident communicator, both verbal and written
  • Ability to quickly develop (and nurture) relationships with suppliers and clients


Role is based full time in our Dublin4 Office.
